A Rebel Find

We giggle in recess, twirling our curls,
Boys will be boys, chiding the girls,
Running in circles outside the yard
familiar elders folding cards
Classicaly timed, a turning sort,
for teachers final planned report.
A heckler hides the rebel find
of timings tick tock, thoughts unwind
a stall a hiccup, a wonder to see,
an exalting choice to forage free
Indelible glide, snap scar scape
A needle pierce, a slice to take
the seamstress closes a wounded heart
to seal in letters of loves upstart.
A parting gift to bridge the gap
Mimicking breaths in it's final tap.
